Has anyone experimented with cutting aspartame out of your diet to see if it improves your mood? I keep going back and forth as to whether or not to believe all those articles that claim aspartame is evil.

I don't use aspartame or Splenda. The best choice is Stevia. It is truly natural. It is very reasonable at Swanson vitamins online. I don't take any chances with those other sweeteners!
You can research Stevia by doing a GOOGLE search! :)

I can't use any type of sweetners or even have diet drinks, because they make me sick.  I am a big fan of Stevia as well.  It is natural and it tastes just like sugar.

What is the problem with Splenda?

I have never heard of Stevia, where do you get it?
