Hello,

I was just wondering if any of you have had any help from natural treatments or vitamins?  I don't feel like the anti-depressants I have tried so far have been of much help.  I am still waiting the 4 weeks for the newest attempt to work, nut not really great so far.  I wonder if acupuncture or any other natural treatments have helped the emotional balance.  I appreciate any ideas you may have.

Thanks,

Afloat

Hi there,

Here is a link to a thread that may be useful (http://www.healingwell.com/community/default.aspx?f=19&m=831192). It seems to be very popular. Sunnivara has most of the details about it.

Talk to your Dr about B12 shots.
Do yoga daily and walk.
Eat well! Lessen your sugar intake, cutdown on carbs (switch to whole wheat pasta or another grain pasta, same with bread, stay away from white breat!) and even coffee.

Try CBT and see if that helps.
