I would give yur therapist a ring and see what she thinks. We all have our ups and downs and it just so happens that you were on your way down from being high. I dont think you are letting anyone down although I do understand how you feel. Maybe you need an extra session as a little pick-me-up.

Sorry i have so much to be thankful for i shouldn't be complaining. Just sometimes it seems like it never goes away. I pretend to be o.k. because my husband is so great i don't want him to worry. He has seen me through so much always been there for me. There doesn't seem to be anyone except my t i can talk to. Of course right now i'm not sure what is wrong. There is a very close relative in the family whom i love like a sister who is dying, my daughters step-son just died and my brother died last year. Well right now i am just whinning and it upsets me when people whine so i will stop. Sorry for all this i am done i will shut up now. Thanks for listening. If i'm still like this on Monday i will call my t.

There is no need to be sorry hunni. This is what HW is for. You feel free to vent any time you want. As for your husband, he probably has an idea that there is something wrong but ius confused as to what it is. It might help you both of you were more honest with him

Starbrite,

We all whine from time to time on here, so please don't worry about that. I can be a big time whiner on the Epilepsy forum at times. The good thing is that when one person is down there are always five to ten more who are doing well at the time and are there to help you.  You will find in time that you will be able to do that for us one day.

I think Darren has given you some very good advice about letting your husband know about what is going on.

Hugs and prayers!

Carla
