Had my blood work done today. Get the results next week. Hoping for average to be in the 5's this time:) I am having trouble keeping my bg up What can I eat that will keep in up longer and evenly? Any such food? I can't see the endo until July and don't want to keep testing and testing to keep it up. These old fingers hurt! I see PCP next week and maybe she will help but she keeps saying see what the endo says. Thanks for any help:)

Hey ceebee.  Omigosh, I don't have this problem.  Do you think maybe your meds should be re-evaluated?  Maybe lower dosages?  Try adding some complex carbs like whole wheat food, etc?  Anyone else out there have any thoughts?  Wish I could help more.  From what you're saying, it seems your A1c might be really low!
