I know there are many articles and you're thinking "not another one"! This one is different. It is very complete, written in an easy-to-read way, a description of the author's own discovery of his type 2 diabetes or "pre" diabetes. It has one of the best explanations of how our bodies are rebelling against the typical diet that so many of us might have had before.

I changed the subject of your post because this is a "MUST READ" for our new type2 members. It helps to explain the hypoglycemia/diabetes flip flop that happens to many of us in our 40's.

Absolutely a great read~!
