Sample Diet I intend to eat..

This is only a sample/idea..
 
Breakfast:Decaffeinated Coffee or Decaffeinated Herbal Tea,Water,2 strips of 50% Fat-Free Turkey Bacon or Fat-Free Deli Ham or Turkey..2 Eggs (1 Egg plus the white of another or Egg Beaters) prepared either scrambled,boiled,poached or an Omelet with Veggies..if I don't make an Omelet,I will steam Veggies such as Broccoli,Cauliflower,Carrots or Spinach and use Unsalted Butter,Organic Butter,Ghee or Virgin Coconut Oil on the Veggies..
 
Lunch: Baked or Boiled Chicken or Cold-Cuts with Cauliflower,Asparagus and use Unsalted Butter,Organic Butter,Ghee,Virgin Coconut Oil or Olive Oil on the Veggies..a Dark Green Leafy Salad using Arugula,Baby Spinach Greens,Tomatoes and sliced Avocado with freshly squeezed Lemon Juice,Olive Oil and a bit of Sea Salt or Celtic Sea Salt..Water
 
If I don't have the Salad,I will make a Carrot or Beet Salad or Cole Slaw with Red and Green Cabbage..
 
To make a tasty Beet Salad just grate a Beet and add juice of 1/2 Lemon and 2 t Olive Oil..1 t every Hour all Day long is supposed to clean the Gallbladder out.
 
Dinner:Ground lean white Turkey Breast with Onions and Garlic sautéed on low heat in EVOO or Coconut Oil,Summer Squash,Red Swiss Chard with Unsalted Butter,Virgin Coconut Oil or Organic Butter..a Salad like at Lunch and Water..
 
I also want to incorporate into my Diet more Legumes,Healthy Seeds and Nuts such as Almonds,Walnuts and Pistachio's (if they haven't been Roasted,Salted and exposed to light for a long period of
time),more Fish (fresh Salmon or Baked Cod if possible..concerned about Mercury!),Dairy and raw Veggies.
 
Haven't completely figured out Snack ideas yet..thought about maybe Nancy's or Brown Cow Plain Yogurt with Flaxoil or Flaxseed and a piece of Fruit (separately as Fruit should be eaten alone)..Raw Almond Butter on Celery..a small handful of Nuts..
 
Continue using Barlean's brand Flaxseed Oil,Bob's Red Mill Flaxseed (buy whole and grind in my Black and Decker Coffee Grinder),Genesis Today Noni100,Acidophilus,Stevia Herb,Balsamic Vinegar,GSE Liquid (Grape Seed Extract which is a Citricidal that I use to rinse Poultry),Braggs Liquid Amino's,Braggs Organic ACV,Mrs.Dash,Tree of Life Brand 100% pure concentrated Fruit Juice (unsweetened),fresh clove Garlic,variety of Onion and I use dried Herbs such as Peppermint,Raspberry Leaf,Plantain,Red Clover Blossoms,Nettles and Oatstraw for Herbal Tea and Herbal Infusions..

My thoughts are you won't be hungry!  I think basically you've got a good basic diet plan and that's great.  I don't know about the beets, though.  This is a food you'd have to test your blood sugar afterwards to see how you react to it.  However, I also think the plan could be simplified a LOT.  For example:  ghee?  virgin coconut oil?  You'll be spending a lot of money on buy all these things.  I use Smart Balance with flax seed oil (no trans fats, no hydrogenated oil).  Or, I use virgin olive oil.  Celtic sea salt?  I think plain old iodized salt is fine.  I'd read there's no nutritional difference between regular salt and other designer salts that have become a la mode.  I'm also thinking of the cost of these things.  Fruit juices will keep your blood sugar high.  Better to eat the raw fruit from which it came, with the skin.  Why eat fruit alone?  This might cause a blood sugar spike (fruit has fructose) but if you eat half of the fruit with something like the almond butter or other nuts or cheese, that may keep the blood sugar more leveled out - depending.  Snacks can be:  handful of nuts with a wedge of cheese, handful of nuts with half an apple, some cut up raw vegetables like celery, cauliflower, broccoli, cucumber with cheese or plain yogurt - most of which you mentioned.  All this is a lot of food, so don't go overboard with portions.  If you're leaving the table feeling "full", then you've eaten too much.

I LOVE to Cook authentic Meals using fresh and Healthy Ingredients..I do have a lot of time because I don't have a Vehicle or a means to go many places..

Thank you..seems the Diet is working fairly well so far..
