If you are post menopausal you should be taking some type of "silver" mulitvitamin that is low in iron. Excess iron levels have been linked to heart attacks. This is why all the "silver" ones are low in iron.
Other than that, Sams, Costco, Walgreens, any reputable store has pretty good multi-vitamins. Because we don't always eat the fortified wheat products a multivitamin is a good back up.
