Does anyone take a good Multi-Vitamin to fill in Nutritional Food gaps?

If you are post menopausal you should be taking some type of "silver" mulitvitamin that is low in iron. Excess iron levels have been linked to heart attacks. This is why all the "silver" ones are low in iron.

Other than that, Sams, Costco, Walgreens, any reputable store has pretty good multi-vitamins. Because we don't always eat the fortified wheat products a multivitamin is a good back up.

Jeannie,

I'm 35 and haven't even began Peri-Menopause.I don't have a Membership to Sam's anymore and probably can't get one now as my Parent's are deceased and no longer have their Business.No Costco and the only Walgreen's is in the State next to me..

Try Puritan.com. Their prices are pretty good.
