Grandkids as Therapy?

I don't know if there's any data to support this but I think grandkids should be included in any comprehensive treatment program. We had ours (4 & 2 1/2) stay over last night and this morning, both my before and after meal numbers are within normal range turn

I also dropped another couple of pounds without any formal exercise -- other than the 4 1/2 miles I ran around the house keeping up with the kids yeah

tongue   Now that would be an interesting study, whereas children (not the grandkids) would probably drive blood sugar and blood pressure UP.  At least in my house.......... rolleyes

My 4.5 yr old Nephew usually has me checking my levels about an hour into play. He shares his juice with me whenever I need some :-)
