I have just discovered a major goof on my part and want to fix it. For the nutrition offered, ease in serving, high calcium levels for my old bones and great satisfaction levels 1/2 cup of cottage cheese can't be beat. I have avoided milk, treating it as a carb, but found that cottage cheese has only about 4 grams of carb per serving. Not bad for all the good it does. Just wanted to put that out there for you "Nothing white but cauliflower" food plan peeps.
