All I can say is WOW!
That was what I was trying to emulate from my research. One of the books I have read (can't remember which one now...) noted that tooth decay and symptoms of diabetes didn't show up in early humans until agriculture began. Also, the Inuit peoples of the north had strong and healthy teeth before their introduction to Twinkies and such.
When I read this guy's stuff though, I think I might mix it up a bit. Just fruit for breakfast and just nuts for lunch might goof up my numbers.... I"m gonna have to test this out when I have more time.
