As for you to quit smoking in a sure fire way...
I'm asthmatic and smoked (yea I am a bad example). My main smoking area was down at the bus station, and around some drivers I knew really well. One day full blown asthma attack, I made it to a driver who knew me showed him my inhaler and blacked out. Woke up with him holding me. How that is realated to quitting smoking..well he refused (yes the busdriver) to let me smoke. Anytime I lit up in front of him he would take mine out of my mouth throw it on the ground and stomp on it...while he was smoking himself (go figure a hypacrit lol). Another driver asked him why he did that, and he said I had asthma and had a bad attack. Next I knew all the darn drivers would take it out of my mouth and stomp on it if I lit up. So I say go to your main smoking spots and say help me quit..yoou see me light up, take it away. Heck I remember the driver I was dating went as far as hijackin the smokes out of my purse! We went around and around like that for a few months, but I got used to smoking less cuz I could only sneak a few drags here or there...and finally cold turkeyed the rest.
