I have always avoided cranberries. Even at Thanksgiving, I said 'No thanks'.
Now with Diabetes, I am looking at everything in hopes of finding a Miracle - and I have!
Ocean Spray does 'Low Sugar' varieties of cranberries with various flavors. 10-12 carbs for a 10 ounce glass I believe. Not bad. Everyone was telling me about this, as I went through classes and to the dietician.
But then I noticed the DIET Ocean Spray, in Cranberry only and Cranberry/Grape combo.
TWO GRAMS of carbs. REALLY sweet. So low in carbs I can sip all day and it is like I'm not taking any carbs in - I'm always "sugar-satisfied".
This is, truly, my Sugar Miracle.
