Has anyone heard of this? A training at our corporate training office told me about it and I have been looking for information on this for about a week. I tried it today and H2Orange does taste good, but I am not sure about the claims that it helps stabilize blood sugar. Looking to hear from anyone else on the matter.

My gut reaction would be that it wouldn't 'stabilize blood sugar' -- its just a diluted form of OJ that would have a lessened effect than straight OJ.

I'll take a squish of lemon or lime in my water, thanks :-) I like my flavour tart :-)

I'll have to agree with Chris.  It's diluted OJ.  Ok, it's natural but it's still fructose.  If it doesn't raise your blood sugar, then that's great and better than a drink made with artificial sweetener certainly.  I also like a lemon or lime twist in very cold water, mmmm.  yeah
