Not really mousse but you can call it what you want, maybe berry parfait. I hardly ever measure because most everything I prepare is by taste, so, here goes. I have one of those Braun sticks with a whipping attachment and a tall plastic container for it, but you could use a beater in a bowel, too.
about 1/4 to 1/2 cup of heavy cream
about 1/4 of a package of cream cheese (look for the package with the least carbs; I use Kraft 1/3 less Fat.)
about 1/2 cup of blueberries/raspberries or black raspberries, mashed up, or a combo (these seem to be more blood sugar friendly)
artificial sweetener to your taste
Beat all this together until light and fluffy. Taste and adjust the sweetener. Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator.
