What happens if you pen temp goes over 77 degrees? Will it make side effects worse?

Thank you for any help!

If the pen gets over 77 degrees you run the risk of killing the active ingredient in the medicine, this rendering it useless. I know my pen has heated up few times, but I try my hardest to make sure it does not happen often. Many people suggest FRIO wallets, but I just use ice and zip lock bags.
