Just want to wish everyone a very Happy New Year and all the best for the upcoming year!  We celebrated a rather quiet New Years Eve with our 4 children.  Had a pop/chip party...I had a small glass of Diet no sugar no caffeine A &W Rootbeer and some multigrain tostitos (a few) with Salsa (homemade).  We tried to master Wi Fit and had a competition going on Rockband that I have realized I am terrible at!!  LOL But was a good workout trying to keep up with the boys who should form there own band!  Between the drums/guitar I am not sure which I was worse at!  I looked cool though said my 7 year old trying to make me feel better..LOL In the end I decided to be the singer and use the mic but...half the songs I had never heard so that was an experience all in itself!  I CAN SING but it turns out only songs I know!  LOL  A funnier New Years story might make me feel better....give it a go the challenge is on!!yeah smilewinkgrin

Happy new year, y'all!  Chris, you've been such a help and I'm depending on you this new year...I'm sure many others are depending on you, too.

Eddy, I can hear you singing loud and clear...LOL...you sound great!  Keep on keeping on!

Well, 2010 has to be better!  (Gosh, that's hard to write!  Seems like science fiction!)  There's no other place to go but up!  But I'm leaving the singing to all you other folks because I can't carry a tune in a bucket.  rolleyes

Jeannie and Lanie and Phishbowl, too...

I gotta wish y'all a Happy New Year! All of you along with Chris have been such a help and inspiration to me in 2009...please don't go anywhere...stay with us and make 2010 a great year of sharing and learning for all of us who come here to share and learn.

I'm happy to say my BGL's are looking so good these days! Low carbing is where it's at! Let's all keep on keeping on...it's so worth it because we're all worth it!

Joni,
I may get extra busy from time to time but I don't plan on going anywhere but here for my diabetes support. Thanks for the kind words.

Happy New Year, Everyone!

Wishing you all health, happiness, and prosperity in 2010! Singing in the new year is a great way to start it off - I think I'll start off with, " I'm back in the saddle again" :-)

Cheers,
