Welcome to the forum Arefin :-)

Yes, check with your doctor and tell us what he/she says.  Also, tell us more about yourself (weight, exercise routine, diet, other health conditions, etc.) and we will be happy to try and help.

Hello Arefin, please see your doctor and tell him or her about your concerns.  Explain how you are feeling and why you think you may have diabetes.  Only a health professional can diagnose you.  As Chris says, we can help give you information about tests and diet here.
