Not an excuse to pig out on chocolate!  And forget those bunny ears on Easter because we're not talking about milk chocolate here.  tongue

Rats! Chocolate is high in oxyalates (makes kidney stones).

Hmmm ... healthy kidney or healthy heart? Aww, 1 square once in a while couldn't hurt smilewinkgrin

Yes Jasmine. I agree; the jury is still out on whether dietary changes actually affect the formation of kidney stones.  At least that's what I have been reading and told by trusted sources who shall remain nameless (Jeannie smilewinkgrin

I am currently going through my first experience and don't wish to repeat it so I'm experimenting with many things.  The only positive factor I have found in common with all things dietary is moderation.

Thanks for another confirmation that chocolate is good turn
