Neat article says that Higher Fat at Breakfast May Be Healthier Than You Think
and that eating carbs in the morning may set us up to utilize carbs all day. Eating fats in the morning may signal the body to utilize fats for metabolism, thus helping the body lose weight for the day. Interesting reading.
