I don't know but there could be a few explanations. Normally a piece of chicken and salad would be a good (though small) meal. What was the drink you had? What kind of salad dressing did you use? Please be patient with the changes you're doing because there will probably be a cumulative effect. I mean that when you make good food choices everyday and have some kind of regular exercise, you should be seeing some lowering of the blood sugar. You're doing fine with the dinner choice (depending on your answers to the questions I just asked....!).
