I know chromium helps regulate bgl. not had time to do hard research, endo was on the phone, he said get some supplements. any info appreciated. cheers.

Yes, I've read that, too. I don't know what normal levels are and I don't think I've ever been tested. Hmmm. I hope you're doing ok! Stay well and happy!

I learnt that the supplement is most likely useless, as certain meds counteract the function. ant-acids and lipid meds in particular. eggs and broccoli contain the highest concentrates, with the latter the most. chromium has a bearing on lipids and cholesterol.

Broccoli! Great! You can eat it cooked or raw and it's great for 'digestion'. I just made a broccoli quiche this weekend: eggs and broccoli! tongue
