Now that the hot months are here, I thought some of you might want to pick-up a bottle of this Powerade Zero, zero calorie sports drink, (advanced electrolyte system). That is if your supermarket sells it.

I suppose it might work if you are okay with artificial sweeteners. Me, I get a headache from any/all of them.

Yes, I'm still here! Lynnwood is a moderator in a couple of forums and posts here as well. :-)

I have not tried Powerade Zero but it seems like it might be similar to sugar-free Gatorade. It's important to stay hydrated during these hot summer days. (And there are some areas that are scorching this month!)

Stay cool!

Glad you are still around Lanie. Yes, this NE area is very hot and staying hydrated is really important. This Powerade is nice tasting (light) and I guess we also have to replace electrolytes.

lol. I'm a moderator for Lupus and Sjogren's, but definitely NOT for diabetes. Just another questioning soul in this forum. Too bad the label doesn't switch to "Regular Member" when you are not in your assigned forum. Now that I think of it, I'll suggest it to the website owner -- he's planning some software changes soon and that would be nice to have on the wish list.
