Well for prevention I drink upto 10 cups of green tea a day, eat garlic with salad and dinner, use balsamic vinegar everyday on dinner and salad, also make sure I got adequate intake of zinc. Also generally eating healthy helps prevent colds, flu etc etc :) I haven't had a cold or flu in quite a few years since starting eating healthy and starting CR!
