I routinely use cinnamon capsules as part of my daily routine. They will help with your numbers but not significantly enough to eliminate your oral medications. I should also add that they are only beneficial for type II patients as the insulin mechanism is permanently broken in type 1 patients.
So, cinnamon won't get you off any of your meds, but it can help you with lower overall numbers and this could over the long term lower the dosage of some of the meds you are already taking. Its definately worth taking in my opinion.
