Holy moley ...

I feel like I hit the mother lode, so to speak! A friend got me a low carb cookbook for Christmas and it looks awesome, EXCEPT I can't find a lot of the necessary ingredients in my area. I just googled "low carb grocery stores" and found this one. It has a TON of the "staples" recommended in my cookbook so I stocked up. Shipping (on non-bread items) is flat rate so I stocked up. I suppose I'll make a semi-annual or quarterly shopping voyage there.

Sorry but I had to remove the link to the store. I it is against forum rules.

send it to admin and ask to have them look at it.

Thanks

Having read other posts from 4sons it is highly unlikely that the name of the store is in any way connected to her and I for one would like to know the name of the store.  I could also google just like she did (and I did) but it would be nice if we could know from each other what we buy, where we buy, and how it works for us to control our numbers.  So how about it, PinCushion.

I have my email address listed in my profile- so if you have a second, I'd like to have the link. I'm going to try your search parameters-to see if I get a hot hit- I wouldn't mind having the name of the cookbook either if you think it's a keeper. Thanks:-) sandy

Whoops ... sorry.

No, I don't own an online low carb grocery store. I'm a working single mom ... with four sons. Working as a teacher ... not a cyper business owner.

Edited to add: Gelchick, I can't find your email address, just your AOL IM and I don't have that option.

Try searching under "low carb online grocery store" and see if there's an Italian one. That might help.

Edited one more time to tell Pin Cushion that I have emailed her both the name of the site and cookbook in case it's possible to share such health giving information. We're all just trying to live out our days in the most healthful way possible ...

Thanks for the heads-up on the email. I signed up for healingwell email now- so it should work. I found a bunch of online groceries - most seem to be in California - I'll keep looking.

Is the cookbook on Amazon?

Here is the link I removed.

I am reposting it as links to helpful web sites (commercial or otherwise) are allowed when they are posted by someone without any "vested interest" AND whose purpose is NOT to solicit, advertise, promote, fundraise, etc.

I have looked at it and there are some good items there.

Sorry for the misunderstanding. I jumped the gun on this one mostly because we have so many that are just promoting their own web sites trying to get us to go and buy something from them.

That's understandable and reasonable and how it should be.  Thank you for reposting it.
