4-5 lbs fluctuation

I need some ideas. I have been losing weight. I want to keep my weight down to the lowest that I've had which is 235. I've been weighing myself everyday and it's  been fluctuating up to 239. I tend to stress eat and crave donuts, chocolate - any kinds but things like brownies, candy bars, regular fruit punch soda or other fruit flavored regular soda, fruit flavored candies, and sometimes some carbs like chips, bagels , ect....
Any ideas? Thanks Flute

Hi ...

Are you a diabetic??? Doesn't eating the things you mentioned mess up your blood sugar?

I'm a huge stress eater as well and try to have nuts or something around that I can nibble on. I do also try and exercise every day to help keep the stress down.

Good luck .... it's sure not easy, is it?

Now, you KNOW that doesn't make sense TBird! Why seek solace in the things that'll mess up your blood sugars, whether you're diabetic or not?

My advice, try a couple of glasses of red wine instead. Better to relieve the stress, a whole lot better for the blood sugars, and generally better for you in every sense.
