Sorry you are having trouble with your sugar... I'm new to this myself but not eating is not the way to keep sugars down from what I've experienced so far. My sugars are highest when fasting. If your sugar is too high it's ok to eat proteins and veggies, and I find my sugar is lower if I eat a small amount of carbs, like whole grain bread with my meal. I was also hypoglycemic for years, and I ended up diabetic recently (but I'm a lot older than you... I'm 55). I never tested my sugars like I do now, but I could always tell when they were low. You mentioned that you weren't feeling well... what symptoms are you having? Hope you are feeling better today. I suggest you get in contact with your doctor on Monday and get an appointment to check your levels. Please let us know how you are doing.
