Cinnamon advice

Does anyone know if daily cinnamon works on lowering blood sugar levels and if so how much should one take?

From what I understand this method is for Type 2 Diabetes (not sure what type you have). The method calls for adding 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon to your daily diet. You can do this through drinking it in a tea or sprinkling it on salads or into some other food you eat. It's a fairly small amount, it shouldn't alter the taste too much.

Also, there are studies coming out now that suggest vinegar help with blood sugar (apparently Japanese researchers have found that vinegar can counter act the effect of white rice on blood sugar).

Hi!! I take both Cinnamon (caps) and vineger tablets! I have no trouble controling my B.S...unless I cheat of course, LOL!! I love cooking with V, it makes meats SO tastey, plus it's a natural tenderizer! great in soup too!!!
