effects lows or highs?

 how does your monthly cycle effect the levels of your blood sugars?
also i don't remember about 30 mins of my day i did things slowly and was unable to answer questions ? can someone help me !

Hello Tinkerann,  welcome to the forum.  Your monthly cycle can affect your blood sugar.  You can check this online article which explains more about that.  I'm not quite sure I understand your other question.  Are you saying you have trouble remembering certain things, forgetting names, etc.?  Are you measuring your blood sugar?  Do you have any other health matters going on?  Are you taking any medication?

yes i'm on metforminto help control my levels, i remember names and things except sat afternoon , my sugar was low so i had some juice and peanut butter to help raise it and in one hour it raised 40 points during that time i could not make eyecontact or my family could not make out what i was trying to say .

Tinkerann, call your doctor tomorrow and tell him/her what happened on Saturday.  That's important.
