My seizures never been controlled and never expect them.

Belinda,

Welcome to HealingWell.  How long ago were you diagnosed with epilepsy?  I am 56 years old and was diagnosed about a year and a half ago.  It took me about 15 months to get 90 days seizure free.  I do not know much about simple partials.  I'm sure Darren, our moderator will be around soon and may be able to answer some of your questions.  He is a walking encyclopedia when it comes to epilepsy and we just love him.

Take care!

Hi there Belinda and Welcome to HealingWell!

Sometimes when you go down hard on a muscle (or group of) and they are tense, they can take a while to recover. If they are still sore in a by next weekend, you might consider seeing a doctor to see if you have torn anything rather than it just being bruising. As Carla has said, I know a fair bit about epilepsy. I am 22 (nearly 23) and have been diagnosed since being 15 ish. I have done a lot of research for myself and for others. If you have any questions you want answering, please feel free to ask.

All the best

Darren
