Hi,
Saw the question about Diet Coke ingredient as a siezure trigger on Jim's post.  The question about (NutraSweet) Aspartame  and Sacchrain (Sweet n Low, SugarTwin) as a siezure trigger is something I have read about and have wondered if anyone has experienced. Has anyone had their Nuero recommended elimanting it from their diet?

The link below has some good info, especially at the end of the article.

This is the first I've heard of it, but I will read the article later.

Thanks!

Hi there,

This is something I have heard mentioned here on HW before and as I remember, nobody had heard of it before (other than those who had read the article). I am still pretty much none the wiser on the subject so I cant really help on that score but I hope some of our newer members may have some experience.
