Although I (now) know what a Ketogenic diet is, I cant say that I have heard of anyone using it so I am not sure of its effectiveness. I would think that (in my opinion) any diet that uses a 4:1 ratio of fat to protein cannot be good for the cardiovascular system. I am wondering if anyone on the Cardiovascular Forum has heard of it?
Everyone has a guardian angel. They help pick you up when you fall, comfort you through your times of need and help you appreciate the times when things are going well.
