Details I cannot get into but, my beautiful 5 year old dog chyna passed away this afternoon.  I have no words, just want to curl into a tiny little ball and die. Tracy

Thanks guys. I am totally devastated and can't stop crying and feeling so awful. I have an extreme attachement/love/connection to her. She just turned 5 a month ago. I can't deal with all of this at once. I am so sad. I have to go back to work tomorrow. I can't even think straight. Thanks for your hugs.

Hi Ginny. Took out my pix of her. I have so many. I just cry and cry, but it felt good in a way to look at them. She will be in my heart forever.
I am not taking all of this too well. Too much has happened to me and my family in the past two weeks. It is very depressing. School starts in just a month and I feel like I am a wreck. Anyway thanks for being there, Tracy

Hi Tracy,

Bless your heart!!  (((((hugs)))) You have been through it sweetie!!  I'm so sorry to hear about you little furry family member. They are just like our own children.

We can become so attached to our pets that we greive the loss of them as much and sometimes more than humans. I'm so sorry for your loss. I know this must be taking its toll on you.

You have plenty of cyber family members here that care alot about you and will be here for you when you need us and help you through these times of sorrow. Just let it out sweetie and don't keep in bottled up inside.

Keep us updated on how your doing. You will be in my thoughts and prayers.

                                                Love,  Babs

Thank you so much Babs. These past two weeks have been torture on me. I think I had a sz in my sleep the other night. That is when I normally have them. I miss my dog. It was such a shock. I am in deep pain and keep looking for her in the house. It is just so tough. Thanks for making me feel like I can let it out. Some people just don't understand how much pets mean to me. They are my family. She was only 5 and this was unexpected so it is taking a toll on my familily. That was my dads buddy and he just lost his mom a week ago now Chyna. Ahh it makes me sick. Just wish I could have kissed her goodbye, but I kiss her pix and say goodnight to her that way. It may sound strange but that is all I have. I hope the seizure clinic went well. I will read up on that after I get home from work. THank for being here, Tracy

Thanks guys. Unfortunately I am starting to become depressed. I am not hungry and I have no motivation. I am tired and just want to cry. Besides my grandmother and best friend (my dog chyna) my great friend moved to FL and I am not seeing my boyfriend of 6 years. So I am not doing too well. School starts in less then a month and I feel like a wreck. Thanks so much for being here for me. This is such a tough time for me and I am feeling alone. I think I have to ride out this depression andhope that it leaves me soon. Thanks for thinking of me. Tracy

Tracy,

(((((hugs))))))  Sweetie, I'm sorry your having to go through all of this. It just doesn't seem fair sometimes. I hope you will talk to your doctor about your depression. There are alot of good meds out there that can make you feel much better.

I'm glad you share your feelings here with everyone so we can help you through this. I know it seems like your world is falling apart right now and that is normal when you have to go through what you have and being sick at the same time.

It will get better with time. I know you don't feel like it will right now, but it will. Hang in there sweetie!!  We are here for you when you need us and please talk to your doctor about your feelings soon.

Keep us updated and you are in my thoughts and prayers.

                                              Love you,  Babs

Thanks babs. I am so glad you found me here on this forum. Each post has been like a ray of sunshine to me. (It is funny sunshine is my nickname at work). It is very great to have someone like you here.
This is a very hard time in my life for me. It is just such a major crossroads at an akward time. School starts sept 12 for me and all of this change/depression is getting to me. I will get out of my funk soon I hope. But if not I will be discussing all of this with the Dr. I just think I have had to deal with a lot in one month and I am just in shock and really upset. Thanks for letting me express myself here. That is why I really like healing well so much. Take care, Tracy

(((Tracy))) So glad that you will talk to your doctor about it if it does not clear soon. Mourning is so tough on your whole body, emotionally as well as physically! I hope you can rest extra and try to eat carefully, even if smaller amounts. You need that good fuel and it will help you feel better in time. It does take time to grieve. It can be such a frustratingly slow process, though.....

Take care, sweety! You are "sunshine" and it is fine for sunshine NOT to be in charge of cheering all around her right now...Hope in small ways you find a bright spot in each day to carry you through......You will make it through this time, you can see that when you look back. Looking ahead, it can look insurmountable...Just keep looking ahead ONE day at a time!!

Ginny
