Hey Babygurl,

Im Darren and Im a 20yr old psychology student in Bangor, North Wales. I was diagnosed with epilepsy around age 15 and am still on meds at the moment. (600mg carbamazipine bd) Im really glad the surgery worked for you, its not something I had really thought much about as my epilepsy is well controlled by drugs and I am told that epilepsy does do into remission.

Best wishes

Hi Babygurl,
So glad to hear that you have been seizure free for 2 yrs after the surgery. I am looking at facing the surgery myself so it is wonderful to hear positive information and thoughts! All the best to you remaining seizure free!
