I have the VNS implant but it is currently turned off. The Dr.
is treating my symptoms as aura's and I was wondering if there are
people out there who have the VNS implant and have aura's
and are successful with the VNS.

Back when the VNS was on I did not have Aura's but they still
did the surgery and it helped for almost two years. They
turned the VNS off when I had my last two brain surgeries in

I am going to see my neuro. a week from today and I think
I am going to have her turn the VNS back on. I am not
sure what is going on with me. Am I having seizures
or are they aura's? I don't know and so I am looking
at every angle to take to stop these things.

All input would be great. Thanks so much for taking the
time to read and respond.

Hi Kim,

IIRC, auras are seizures.  Sorry I don't have any experience with VNS or auras.
