Hi to you all, especially MandiAnn and Jennifer.  My niece is scheduled to have her brain surgery on 4th May at Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children.  We are very optimistic - GOSH is a great place where she will receive the best care and the success rate for the op is 80 - 90%.  I'll let you know how things go.

Thanks Mandi - just supporting me is great. I know I can come here and let out my worries without burdening my family too much. x

Jan Marie,

So glad to hear she's going to be taken great care of. Keep us informed. You're in our thoughts and prayers.

Hi, I had brain surgery for epilepsy in 2002 I have done great no seizures since the surgery. I had a right temporal lobectomy, scar tissue on the right side of my brain, which cause complex partial seizures.  I am fianlly free from having seizures, God is so good!  IF you would like to ask me any questions concerning the surgery or epilepsy,  you can e-mail me at cindyholt2005@yahoo.com
I will be celebrating on June 11th of being seizure free for 4 years.
