vice grip pain around and below waistline

 I have been having some unusual symptoms since having a colonoscopy for a physical.  The colonoscopy was incomplete and has been rescheduled.  But, in the meantime, I have been having blood in the stool, I will get really bad chills and then the pain around my waist begins and feels like a vice has me from both sides.  And, there is also pain at the same time around the area of the ovaries (but, I had a hysterectomy).  Like two points on the front of my lower abdomen and a vice grabbing me on each side just below the waistline.  I am really miserable when these attacks come.  The only thing I have found that has helped is the heating pad.  Does anyone out there have a clue as to what is going on here?
