How do you care for you teeth and gums while taking AED that slowly destroy them.

I use a electriv toothbrush I prefer Phillips

I floss

Than I use a water pik with warm water and hydrogen peroxide.

The Dentist says it gives me the upper hand against erosion.

It sounds like your doing a good job of taking care of your teeth. I used a regular tooth brush on my teeth, mostly because elective boothbrush were not around that much, like they are today. My gums did bleed some, but wasn't that bad. I was told to make sure that I brushed and flossed my teeth. I would let your dentist and doctor know what is going on and see what they recommend. I hope this helps you.
