He had it when he was a child up until 18...he would basically blank out. I'm not exactly sure what the specific diagnosis is. He's been a bit short on details.

He's 31 now and noticed he was having these blank outs just after he received an injection to quit smoking. He feels this is to blame for it. The drugs used in these seemed harmless...(atropine and scopalimine(sp?)) and are used primarily as eye drops in some cases. But they are brain drugs...intended to stop nicotine cravings.

I think he plays too much World of Warcraft on his computer. But he's been an avid gamer for years now and these symptoms mysteriously cropped up after the injection Has anyone seen this happen? He's on 1000mg of Depakote now.

I would tell your doctor what is going on and ask him what side for the meds that he is on. Like you said if it just started after his injection, it's very possible that be could causing it. But don't take what I say, did to get to the doctor and let him see what is causing it.

Had My Brain surgery, and I was so scared, but the doctors made me feel good and and I did. They kidded with me before the surgery and before I knew it I was in recovery Thanks for helping me. Mine is on the  left temporal lobe. They say it is deep it my brain.
