Hi ,

Dont let your epilepsy stop you from doing things that you want to do.                           Each year ,for the past 10 years, my annual holiday has involved a return plane trip to my destination, because I dont drive.   I make this trip by myself each year and only once have had a seizure during a flight and unknowingly, spilt some coffee on the passenger in the seat beside me. The flight attendant was very good ,and stayed with me for the rest of the flight ,and escorted me into the arrivals terminal at the airport.  I always carry  a card in my wallet with family/ doctor  contact phone numbers and a list of my daily medications should I find myself in a situation where I needed help .  So unless your seizures  may put you or other passengers at risk , take that trip and you'll find after that after you've done it you'll probably want to go back and see her more regularly as you will know that you can take a plane flight without cause to worry .     Aussie
