Merfy, I haven't gotten the goosebumps but I have had the tingling...almost like pins sticking me.  You are not losing your mind, by the way, and don't let anyone convince you of that either.  You have a definite illness that doctors really don't understand yet.  So, don't be so hard on  yourself.  I do hope you start to feel better soon.  We do have good times along with the bad times with fibro.

I too know the feeling you describe. It's a bit disconcerting at first but it's just part of your muscles and skin feeling the ravages of fibro. If you are crazy, then we all are...lol. Try to cheer up, it really does help.

Usuallly when I get tingling it means that the area will go numb. I used to have my legs go totally numb and weak and would be unable to walk for several days.  These days I get tingling in arms and fingers as it tends to move.  Sometimes my tingling pre-emps that it will turn into a burning sensation. so when I get them I try to relax that part of the body.

I get the tingling goose bumps when my DH kisses my neck. devil   I'm sorry Merfy I couldn't resist that one. I've learned to accept all these weird sensations we can get with fibro.

luv and hugs
