Okay, I am making my move. I am going to make an appointment with my Doc to ween myself off of my meds. I feel like they are not really helping with the pain. I can live with the pain. I am suffering more from the side effects of the meds.

Anyone else find this to be the case?

I can't answer your question Jokat, but I do wish you luck.  You may want to try the malic acid/magnesium supplements.  They help with pain and fatigue.  I remember you said you were a ball player so these may help you.

I have an appointment with my MD next Tuesday. I am going to try and be off of all three by the end of the month. I am tired of being groggy all of the time. My work and school have been suffering for it as of late.

I am definately going to try the Malic/MG combo. Also I am thinking about adding Ginseng to my daily routine.
