so this summer I have not posted often. been very busy with all kinds of things! the grand finale is right now! school starts in a little over 2 weeks, my hours increase, hubby starts 2 new jobs.....and today we put an offer in on a house that we have been looking at since may. we fell in love, and well, to make a redic. long story short, we got approved for the loan, and our offer was accepted. now its all red tape, and oh my goodness is my body freaking out! this whole waiting thing ( its only been about 5 hours, and its gonna be for like atleast a month) is not cool. sorry if this is a little jumbled! I am just happy, and freaking out at the same time smilewinkgrin

Kelly,

I am so happy for you but sorry that you are hurting. Try to relax and go with the flow and be excited all at the same time. I don't know what to say other than I am so happy for you. I know the excitement level is going to be high, so maybe make some down time for yourself every day to just sit and relax. But you are still glowing. I can see it. Congratulations.

Luv and hugs, Karen

Congrats Kelly. Thought you were going to build???

Doesn't seem right that even the most exciting things in our lives gives us pain, but it does. Buying a house is one of the most stressful and joyful things in life so your going to have to try and relax. Keep telling yourself if it's meant to be it will be.

Congratulations, Kelly!  This is a wonderful time in your life.  The excitement and stress will cause some extra pain but it will go away.  Just be sure to pace yourself now.  Don't try to move overnight!  Only do what you are comfortable doing.  The sooner  you start packing, the better.

Hi Kelly,

Sorry your so tense but congrats on the house!!!  I remember that feeling from about 10 years ago when  I was married before.  I already had the whole inside planned out before we even signed the papers lol.  Just take a big breath and relax and enjoy this new chapter in your life.

thanks for all the congrats! Marlee, we were planning on building...but with the market the way it is, we decided to take a look a houses...and fell in love with one. its spacious, and is on 2.5 beautiful acres. it is only about 3 miles away from where we were planning on building!
Karen, I am already planning my house warming party, what colors I want to paint the walls, and where I will plant my garden etc....
Sherrine, I have plenty of time to pack(thank goodness) we can't close until october...which is good in some ways...but in some ways I want to be there today!
