I went to see the psychologist because my gp was concerned about depression and because she had diagnosed me with fibro.  I didn't want to go but she insisted.  It turned out to be a good meeting because he understood.  He  kept nodding his head and saying "yes, many people with fibro say that."  I didn't feel like a person from Mars.  He explained a little of what will happen at the pain clinic tonight and how they will work with me and suggested I learn Tai Chi for sleep if I didn't want to take meds.   I will let everyone know how it goes tonight.

I'm glad to hear this!  That makes two members that have had good doctor's visits this week!  Maybe we are finally getting someplace.  It is so frustrating to see a doctor, spend the money, and they think you are nuts!  mad
Keep those happy doctor appointments coming!
