Can someone tell me how to add the information that I see under many of the members posts?    I'm talking about how do you add the medical info. like what problems you are suffering from and what meds. you take.  I can't figure this out.  I'm a dope when it comes to forums.  I looked under the HELP menu, but still can't figure it out.  Thanks!

You type it into the signature which is the last item on the page of your profile.....Did you find the edit profile page?....

I think you are talking about the "Signature" area.  Click on Control Panel, Edit Profile, then scroll down to where it says "Signature".  You can type in whatever you like, and it will appear at the bottom of your posts. (Don't forget to click on the "submit" button when you are finished.)

Also, when you post a new message or reply, make sure you have the "include signature" box checked at the bottom of your message.

I added the info. in the signature box, clicked submit.  Then I tried to post again and clicked the add signature box, but it my info. still didn't appear in my post.  I can't figure out what I am doing wrong.

Are you using a Mac or a PC? My husband's Mac always messes things up.

Ya know, I just tried to update mine again too (you gave me the idea), and mine didn't work either.  It worked the first time I did it, as you can see by my quote, but this time it didn't.  Maybe something is up with the site, or maybe it just takes awhile (?)

You all made me laugh. The first time I ever used a computer my son was still a teenager. He had to show me EVERYTHING. He kept saying "OH MY GOD MOM ARE YOU SERIOUS!!! " I kept getting myself in messes by doing stupid things like opeining too many windows, and the computer would freeze up. Then I'd yell for him to come and help me. He was great about it, but kept muttering under his breath "unbelievable". It makes me laugh to think of it now. Thanks everyone for all you help, I was about to call my son, (he is now 24 years old) on the phone and ask him to help me. LOL
