John, I hope you stayed safe from Hurricane Ike.  I also hope your pines made it through, too.  You may not have electricity yet but as soon as you do, please let us know how you are.  Thanks!

oh my goodness Sherrine,

I have been so caught up in my personal life that I was so shocked when they showed Galveston, Texas on the news tonite!!

John I pray you and all the people there are safe and sound as I type this. We got the remnants of Ike last night..and well..I wont complain after seeing what I saw on the news, trust me.

Hope we here from some of our southern folks here soon.

Add my prayers that John and everyone else in that area is safe. I was just thinking about John when they were talking about it on the news. Please post when you can to let us know how you are!

in the land of Limbo, taking OTC meds (which don't work).  Started at 5mg of amitriptyline.
Waiting for referral to rheumy to get a dx. waiting, waiting, waiting....

I think John said they were not going to stick around so hopefully they are somewhere safe. I hope everything is intact when you get back to your house John.
I haven't been keeping up with how many are still without power.

I saw the news tonight and could not believe what it did to Galveston. (and surrounding areas) So my prayers are with anyone that got hit by this Ike-monster. (I am originally from down there) I was horrified at the destruction and my heart is breaking for those who lost everything.
