I wanted to thank you for posting your diet tips and congrats on the wonderful weight loss. I lost 65 lbs myself and kept it off for 4 years. Then fibro hit and I have gone down hill since. I'm ashamed to admit that I have put 20lbs back on. Exercise has been my biggest obstacle, it hurts to move and I just can't do what I was doing before. I do walk but just not at the intensity I would like to. Also, my meds are bad for my appetite. The 20lbs hit after I started the medications. I'm working on getting back into a healthier way of life, I've joined a gym and trying really hard to stay away from the unhealthy foods.
I just wanted to thank you for reminding me what it takes to lead a healthier life .
I to see it as a way of life and not a diet, but I have fallen off the wagon and I'm having a hard time getting back on it. I am determined though, I just need to start making better choices.
