so, my doctor decided to move me from cymbalta (an SNRI) to zoloft (an SSRI)....she knows i take tramadol 300 mgs/day....

when i had the script filled, the pharmacist told me to call my doctor because of the risk of interaction....i.e. serotonin syndrome....

i knew this was possible but the doctor did not seem concerned....

do any of you take such a large dose of tramadol everyday and a SSRI?

thanks,
A
