Do any of you use something underneath your arms / elbows when typing at the computer? My desk at work is set up where my arms are resting on the desk for most of the day as I type at my keyboard. I got one of those cushion things that sits at the base of the keyboard for my wrists and a mouse-pad that has a cushion for my wrist, but I have not seen anything for elbows & arms. My sore elbows and arms are becoming an annoying distraction, so this is a new problem that I must find a solution for.

Have any of you discovered a solution to this?  confused

Thanks for any advice you can give!

The "comfort arm support" item looks pretty cool. That just might work!  yeah
