I go to weight watchers and was down 22lbs but got of track and gained all back :( and trying very hard to get back to where i was before. I talked to the leader while i was weighing in and told her that i am having the hardest time getting back on track
I am 5'1 and 181lbs. and i have been focusing on getting the weight i put back on off I would be upset if i lost .4lb or crushed if i gained a pound
The leader told me " don't look at it as you have to do this to loose weight but to do it for your health"
I thought about that last night and it made sense. My health is more important than loosing a few pounds. She said that by looking at it from a health point of view it would get me back on track without worrying so much since stress and affect weightloss along with the fibro. And that everything would fall in place. and the weight would come off easier.
I also thought about doing a detoxifying program to clean out my system from the drug "residue" and junk in my system
So from today forward eating right is for my health not for weightloss....
